It’s been a busy week over at Magnum Photos with the announcement of the next Square Print Sale and now the launch of their online book store. The Magnum Store
The photo book has been an important vehicle for publishing the work of Mangum photographers and the new Magnum book store features a premium selection of these titles with many books being signed by the photographer. Depending on the title, the prices range from entirely reasonable to over the top!
A signed copy of Alex Webb’s The Suffering Of Light will set you back $150, and a signed copy The Last Resort by Martin Parr will run you $85. But if you’re feeling fancy you can grab a signed limited edition of Subway by Bruce Davidson that includes a print for a mere $4500 USD.
In addition to a treasure trove of photo books, the new Magnum store also stocks original prints as well as a variety of other items that would make perfect Xmas presents for the photographer on your list!
The layout is clean and the interface is easy to use without getting in the way. Overall the new Magnum store is an amazing addition to the Magnum Photos website and a great place to get your next favorite photo book!
