Legendary Magnum photographer Bruce Gilden is well known for prowling the streets of Manhattan with his trust Leica M6 as he waits for the right moment to pop up and flash his subjects. Creating captivating images of people caught between moments as they suddenly realize someone is taking their picture. Leica has issued a service advisory for a compatibility issue between the new Monochrom (Typ 246) and Apple’s Photos App. Attempting to load any DNG files from the new Leica Monochrom into the Photos App will cause the library to crash continually with the potential loss of all files! The new Leica Monochrom (Typ 246) has been announced and will be available in stores on May 7, 2015 for $7450 USD.
